Ingredients:
1/3 cup gluten-free oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 scoop high-quality vanilla protein powder (~10g protein)
1/8 cup shredded carrots, chopped
3/4-1 cup boiling water (depending on the consistency you prefer)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt - serve on top
2 tbsp @bigspoonroasters carrot cake almond walnut butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions :
Combine oats, chia seeds, protein powder, carrots, and boiling water. Cover and let sit for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Serve with Greek yogurt!
