Chocolate Pistachio Bark

Chocolate Pistachio Bark
When those sweet cravings hit, I whip up my Chocolate Pistachio Bark.
Ingredients:
15 Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
Flaky sea salt
1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions :
Slice dates, remove pits, and press down flat on a baking sheet by covering with parchment paper and using the bottom of a cup to press down evenly. Melt chocolate with coconut oil, then layer dates with pistachio butter, chocolate, crushed pistachios, & sea salt. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours or freeze for 1 hour. Cut into 2 inch squares.
