I believe in real food, real ingredients, and a whole-body approach to health.

My passion for food started in the kitchen with my mother growing up, and as I matured, so did my curiosity for nutrition. I wanted to learn about the nutrients in food, how the body uses them, and the relationship between diet, health, and disease. Intuitively, I believed nutrition could help me perform, as well as protect my body.

Before starting my nutrition consulting business, I worked in the wellness field for five years, gaining experience and training with a Naturopathic Doctor in Charleston, SC. I received a B.S. in Public Health from the College of Charleston and a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.

I rounded out my education by becoming a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), the gold-standard credential for advanced nutrition professionals.

I am incredibly passionate about the science of human nutrition. Driven by the desire to help my clients and my own intellectual curiosity, I study the latest research and evaluate competing theories to make sense of the overwhelming and ever-changing health information now at our fingertips. Most importantly, I use that knowledge to make individualized client recommendations.

I'm driven by a deep desire to help my clients achieve optimal health. And I know how overwhelming and confusing the nutrition world can be. Often, I hear that patients feel dismissed by their doctors and told that nothing is wrong despite their symptoms.

I dig deep to identify the sources of inflammation in your body. Then provide you a step-by-step plan to achieve optimal health.

My Approach

As a Certified Nutrition Specialist with a master's degree in Human Nutrition & Functional Medicine, I focus on a whole-body approach to health, addressing root causes rather than just treating surface-level issues.

  • If you've been struggling with unexplained health issues despite "normal" lab results and generic advice, you're not alone. I understand the body is a network. It's essential to address all aspects of health - nutrition, hormones, gut health, exercise, stress management, sleep, etc. It is a whole-body approach to healing.

  • Listen to your body's warning signs, like weight gain, headaches, constipation, bloating, insomnia, anxiety, PMS, and irregular periods. My personalized plan will help optimize nutrition and digestion, improve immune health, balance hormones, and detoxify your body, so you can function at your best.

  • Are you tired of feeling dismissed and unheard when it comes to your health and nutrition? I listen to your story and your symptoms and put the pieces together for you. Let's work together to take control of your well-being and create lasting results.
