Turmeric & Ginger Wellness Shots

One of my favorite kitchen tools is the immersion blender! For this recipe, I used my immersion blender to make turmeric ginger wellness shots in about 5 minutes!

These 5-ingredient wellness shots have powerful anti-inflammatory benefits, and a mega-dose of vitamin C. It's the ultimate juice to boost immunity!
Serving | Makes 4 large shots

Directions:

  1. Peel a 2-inch knob of fresh ginger and turmeric root

  2. Cut into 1-inch pieces and add to a tall jar if using an immersion blender, or add to a regular blender

  3. Add the juice of 1 lemon

  4. Add 1/8 tsp black pepper

  5. Add 1.5 cups of coconut water

  6. Blend using an immersion blender or regular blender

  7. Strain and serve!
