Greek Pita Pockets

Greek chicken pita pockets are so easy and deliciously healthy! Pita pockets are stuffed with shredded chicken, tomatoes, herbs, cucumbers, and a Tzatziki yogurt sauce. Make these for a quick lunch or dinner that everyone will love (even the kids), with just a few simple ingredients.

 
 

Greek Pita Pockets

I serve this as a “build-your-own” style meal. Add in whatever you’d like in your pita pocket.

Ingredients:

  • Shredded cooked rotisserie chicken

  • Tzatziki sauce

  • Garbanzo beans

  • Cucumbers

  • Kalamata olives

  • Red leaf lettuce

  • Feta cheese

  • Fresh chopped parsley and dill

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Red onions

  • Broccoli sprouts

  • Juice from half a lemon

  • 4 whole wheat pita pockets (I buy these)

Directions:

  • Assemble your pita and enjoy!
