I found Abigail through a Google search when I was trying to find someone who did a DUTCH test near me. She was one of I think 3 providers in the area? Then I had a meeting with a personal trainer to discuss some issues I was having with my workouts depleting my hormones and she spoke very highly of Abigail and recommended I go see her. I’m SO glad I did—It’s been totally life-changing!! Before I met with Abigail, I had been working out a ton and not getting the proper nutrition/sleep/stress relief that I needed and my hormones were just all over the place. Not to mention that I had previously spent years and years of my life on birth control trying to find relief for my irregular periods and all the fun PMS symptoms that come along with it. (I have been off of it for a couple years now, but my cycles were way out of whack, up until a couple months ago) Abigail did a DUTCH test for me and went over the results piece by piece and broke it all down so that I could understand every single thing that was going on in my body. She put me on a treatment plan and after an entire lifetime of having irregular periods, I’m FINALLY seeing my symptoms improve!! I truly had gotten to a point where I just thought that I would have to live with things the way they were but now that I’ve been working with Abigail, I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I know I said it before but, seriously! This has been life changing!! She has truly been the missing piece to me figuring out what was wrong and how to fix it. I love that it’s no longer with a “magic pill” and that everything in my treatment plan is all natural, functional, and easy to stick to. She has so many great recipes, recommendations, and helpful tips and advice on her blog on her website as well. The best part about Abigail is how down to earth she is! It’s like talking to your best friend when you meet with Abigail. She listens, she doesn’t judge, and she truly cares about you and wants to help. She’s been such a cheerleader for me and is always so excited whenever I check in with my progress! Seriously, I tell everyone about her and I cannot recommend Abigail enough.
