I was a little hesitant at first, but now that I’ve completed a 3-month program with Abigail I can confidently, hands-down say that choosing to work with her was the BEST decision ever. At two months postpartum, Abigail was able to help me stabilize my hormones, get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and most importantly; shared her knowledge/wisdom of how to be healthy and well.
