Abigail has been an answer to prayer! I have endometriosis, was put on Orlissa that sent me into menopause, my nervous system had been out of whack for years, I had insomnia for over a year, had poor bowel movements since forever, and I just felt like a hot mess express. It’s been about 8 months since I started working with her, and the improvement in my body has left me speechless. I came to Abigail with a list of issues I was experiencing: extremely low energy, difficulty sleeping, stubborn weight and brain fog just to name a few. Abigail does such a wonderful job of making you feel seen and heard. We did a gut test and with those results she was able to make a plan tailored to my goals and needs. I came to Abigail with concerns about fatigue, not sleeping, and bloating.
